Installation and Shipping Policy
We offer both professional mailbox installation as well as contracted shipping. Once we receive your order, we will work to find the best possible rate and method of installation (when possible) or shipping of your mailbox(es). Your mailbox(es) will arrive fully assembled and custom packaged for protection.
All purchases must be paid in full before installation or shipment. Once it is paid, we will process your order as quickly as possible. Upon completion, we will contact you regarding installation or deliver to the packaging and shipping company. If you wish to track the shipment, please request the shipping company information to obtain a tracking number.
We are very proud of the products that we offer, we stand behind our products, and we are committed to customer satisfaction. We are careful with our packaging to eliminate damages. In the event that a product arrives damaged due to shipping, management has the right to determine the course of action that needs to be taken. If a product is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee. Any refund due to the customer will be given in the form of a The Mailbox Guy gift card.
